The villa has 4 large double bedroom, two of which have their own private bathroom facilities. Each en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower and twin basins along with a toilet of course.

The villa boasts a large kitchen with excellent facilities, a large utility area housing the washer and dryer, a lovely dining area and large open plan living area with large TV, DVD, HiFi and games console. The ceilings are vaulted so this gives a light and airy feel to the villa.

The living area has sliding doors that lead onto the deck area and the private pool with covered area and pool furniture.

We feel it is best to "walk you through" the villa starting from the:

Entrance
As you enter the villa the floor is tiled from the entrance right down to the kitchen, dining and living area - this helps keep the villa cool in the hotter times and helps keep eveything clean for your stay.

1st Double Bedroom
Immediately to the right as you enter the property is the 1st large double bedroom. With Queen bed, Caribbean wicker-style furniture and a sumptuous large private bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and twin basins. The bedroom has a TV that is hooked upto the cable TV network.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with a double sink, oversized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. There is a waste disposal in the sink too. There is a large handy utility area just off the kitchen where the washing machine and dryer are located too. The kitchen is tiled. There are plenty of mod cons in the kitchen including food processor, toaster, electric kettle etc.

Dining Area
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area has an excellent table and sits 8 comfortably. The dining furniture is of an excellent standard.

Living Area
The Living area has comfortable 3-seater and 2-seater sofas. The TV is just the right size for the room and has over 400 cable channels! There is also a DVD player, HiFi and Playstation 2 games console with many games to choose from. There is also a telephone where you can contact the property agents 24 hours a day and make as many local calls as you wish for free. This phone will receive calls from anywhere in the world too so family back home can call and keep in contact.

Pool Area
Large sliding doors lead from the Living Area out onto the covered deck where luxury pool furniture awaits your lounging and sun-bathing! The larger than average pool is heated for free from October through to April to 85 degrees. The pool is enclosed by a screen to ensure that the sun gets through but keeps the insects and leaves out! There is a gated child safety screen to the pool which can be removed if not required.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has sliding doors that lead onto the deck area outside and also offers a king size bed, lovely furnishings, walk-in closet and a large private bathroom with bath, shower, twin basins and toilet. The bedroom obivously has a TV too.

Bedrooms 3 & 4
These two large double bedrooms each have twin beds in them and are furninshed to a great standard. Each bedroom has a closet, wardrobe one having TV/DVD player though one does not have a TV. Sitting in the middle of these two bedroom sits the 3rd bathroom.

Garage
The garage is primarily a garage! However, in there is a a table soccer game and American Football game if you wish to play them but we don't think there's much point when there's so much to do in the surrounding area - and don't forget the pool too!

The entire villa is fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in many of the rooms too.

Remember, all linen is included too so you don't need to bring anything but yourselves!!!
