1. All bookings accepted by us are subject to these terms & conditions

2. Booking Procedure & Payment Terms

2.1 Clients should complete the online booking form and pay the 20% deposit online using a credit/debit card. Alternatively you can choose not to pay online and we will send a booking form and you will need to fill in and forward with deposit cheque made payable to Muse Creations for 20% of the total amount.

2.2 Any provisional booking will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the signed booking form & deposit in respect of the accommodation. A booking will be considered firm when the deposit has been received & booking has been confirmed by Muse Creations in writing/e-mail. If you opt to pay online then as soon as we have checked your booking it will be approved and you will receive confirmation via email.

2.3 The full rent is due 8 weeks (US clients 4 weeks) before the date of arrival at the home. No reminder will be issued. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking.

2.4 A securtiy deposit will be required at the time of the full balance becoming due. This is for £200.00 / $300.00 / €300.00. It will be returned within 30 days of vacating the property in good order. Should any loss or damage occur a deduction will be made to the amount of replacement or repair and the balance returned to you. Minor breakages may not be deducted at our discretion.

2.5 Clients may change their booking. In which case we will make every effort to accommodate requests. There will be a £20 administration fee per week for this service charged at our discretion.

3.0 Cancellation

3.1 T he client may cancel the holiday booked at any time after confirmation. Cancellation must be in writing.

3.2 We reserve the right to cancel the holiday if payment has not been received in accordance with clause 2.3 above.

3.3 The following cancellation charges will apply to all bookings in accordance with clauses 3.1 & 3.2 above:-

• More than 60 days prior to departure – loss of rental deposit
• 30 – 60 days prior to departure – 50% of total rental
• Within 30 days of departure – 100% of total rental

3.4 In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control necessitate the cancellation of the rental agreement, Muse Creations reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time & will only be liable to refund monies already paid by the client in respect of the rental booking. Furthermore, Muse Creations cannot guarantee that all the facilities described on this website will be available.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH MAY NECESSITATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR HOLIDAY

4.0 Accommodation

4.1 The accommodation provided is only for the use of persons named by the client on the booking form. Sub-letting, sharing or assigning are strictly prohibited.

4.2 The property will be available to clients after 17:00 local time on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed. All accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 local time on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. If you wish to have a late check-out a supplement is applied.

4.3 An adult must accompany persons under the age of 18.

4.4 We will not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from use of the property & pool.

4.5 Swimming pools are dangerous and ours is not to be used by children without adult supervision.

4.6 Whilst under normal circumstances you will be accommodated in the home of your choice, we reserve the right to substitute accommodation of a similar or higher standard should this become necessary.

4.7 Muse Creations reserve the right to decline "all male" or "all female" parties. Groups must be of a size specified on the booking form. Failure to comply will render the booking void & our managing agents will have the right to evict you from the home.

5.0 Complaints

5.1 In the unlikely event that the client has any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction, they must contact the Frontline Florida Management Company locally so that remedial action can be taken immediately. Details will be found in the home, or contact:-

6.0 Smoking

6.1 For the comfort & safety of clients & guests, smoking is not permitted in the house. Smokers may do so outside in the pool/patio area. There will be an additional cleaning charge if the clients choose to ignore this condition of booking that will be deducted off of the security deposit. This cleaning charge is currently £100.00 / $180.00 / €150.00

7.0 Animals & Pets

7.1 Animals & pets are NOT permitted in the house. This condition is STRICTLY enforced.

8.0 Force Majeure

8.1 We can accept no responsibility for, & shall not be liable in respect of loss or change caused by force majeure, eg Strikes, Fire, Flood, Closure of Airports, Weather Conditions, War, Riots, Terrorist Activity or any other event beyond our control.
